St Andrews Church - LED Lighting Upgrade

For St Andrew’s Church in Halstead, we upgraded the existing exterior lighting to provide a more efficient, reliable, and visually impactful solution. The old halogen floodlights were replaced with 150-watt LED floodlights, offering brighter illumination while significantly reducing energy consumption. The system is controlled via a photo cell, ensuring the lights automatically activate when natural light drops below the set level, and a timer, allowing them to operate only during specified hours. This dual control system provides optimal lighting coverage in the evening while minimising unnecessary energy use. The upgrade not only enhances the safety and visibility of the church grounds but also delivers a modern, low-maintenance lighting solution that complements the historic building’s exterior.
